Growing up so fast...

I had a session today with one of my favorite families. I have been photographing Jacob since he was just a few weeks old. It has been such a joy to watch him throughout this
first year of his life.

It seems like just yesterday he was born, now he is walking all over the place....

Mom and Dad were having some fun too! They are such troopers...

Thank you so much for allowing me to be apart of this special time in your lives.

It has been a pleasure.

He's Back...

I was pleased when I got the call that the rest of the family would like to have their portraits taken while they were all in town this past weekend. So I got to see my little raisin buddy again! And I had my bag fully loaded with mini boxes!!

It was such a blessing to meet the rest of his wonderful family. I had a great time with them. I haven't laughed so much in such a long time.

I could really feel the love between each of them. I hope they will cherish the beauty in their portraits for many years to come. Thanks again for allowing me to capture these memories for you all.

Can you believe this is Grandma!! I thought she was one of the sisters!

Boy Meets World....

Yeah!! I’m so proud to introduce you to my first nephew, Andrew David. He was delivered into our family on December 11, weighing in at 9lbs 5oz and 20 ½ inches long. My niece, Beka is so proud of her baby brother. She loves holding and kissing him! Poor guy is going to have raw cheeks. They are all home now and settling in together. Keep posted for a sneak peek of his studio session in the next couple of weeks. We have some new and fun poses planned. Enjoy!!

They are such a beautiful family, as you can see. I just loved little Kyler, 18 months and he loved my raisins!! LOL. Here is a sneak peek for you mom....Enjoy!

Thank You Stefanie

Sometimes life takes us down roads we never dreamed of seeing in our life time. For me it was on September 26, 2007, when I received an unimaginable phone call from my mother, telling me my sister was in a horrible car accident and passed away.

Many of you got to meet or even got to know Stefanie quite well. She has been my assistant from the very beginning of my photography business. She was a hard working, driven girl, who had a plan for her life. She was studying to be a radiologist with the long term goal of being an orthopedic surgeon. With the determination she had, I know she would have had M.D. after her name.

There have been several times since that day I have thought about throwing in the towel to my photography business, how could I ever work without my sister again, but then I am reminded that she would have it no other way! She was my biggest fan and would hate to see me walk away from it all.

Time and time again I thought about getting my family back together for a family photograph. But I then would tell myself 10 more lbs. or keep procrastinating for one reason or another. You can never have enough pictures of or with the ones you love so dearly! In honor on my sister, Stefanie I am offering a session fee of only $35 for the month of January 2008, so that you will have the opportunity to get the photographs you might be holding out for, life is so precious and too short... book today, limited spaces available.

Thank you Stefanie for all you have done for me and for all the lives you have touched. You will forever be in our hearts. I love you.

God has a plan for us all.

Brotherly Love....

It was such a blast photographing brothers, Dylan 6 and Matthew 4 at White Bluff last weekend. They were full of engery and life. In fact, they made my job very easy! Here is a few from their session....the rest should be on my site this week.
